With over 30 years of restaurant experience across 4 countries and 2 continents, Attila has more stamps in his passport than a globetrotting mailman. His specialty? Taking humble Central European comfort food and fancying it up faster than you can say "schnitzel." It's like your Hungarian grandma got a Michelin star!

Coming from generations of winemakers, everyone expected him to run a vineyard. Instead, he spends his nights whispering to sourdough starters and measuring schnitzels with digital calipers. Though he does still manage to work wine into every conversation – probably genetic at this point.

Behind every great chef is... well, someone, the real boss, armed with an endless supply of eye-rolls and the only known ability to stop him is using too much paprika. Meet the dynamic duo that makes Muddy Waters feel like home. Because when you're here, you're not just a customer – you're family (but the cool kind that you actually want to hang out with).
