About Us
Meet Chef/Owner Attila Geczi, our wandering culinary warrior. With over 30 years of restaurant experience across 4 countries and 2 continents, Attila has more stamps in his passport than a globetrotting mailman. His specialty? Taking humble Central European comfort food and fancying it up faster than you can say "schnitzel." It's like your Hungarian grandma got a Michelin star!
Coming from generations of winemakers, everyone expected him to run a vineyard. Instead, he spends his nights whispering to sourdough starters and measuring schnitzels with digital calipers. Though he does still manage to work wine into every conversation – probably genetic at this point.

Behind every great chef is... well, someone, the real boss, armed with an endless supply of eye-rolls and the only known ability to stop him is using too much paprika. Let's talk real: Our schnitzel game is so strong, we've got Germans and Austrians arm-wrestling for the last bite. We're serving up flatbreads that'll make your nonna jealous (yeah, we went there), and a gourmet burger that'll ruin all other burgers for you forever – sorry not sorry.
